About 17 minutes (11 miles) from downtown Greenville
Downtown Greenville to our Mauldin office is a straight run down I-385, about 17 minutes door to door. Dr. Matt Eiken brings nearly 30 years of chiropractic experience to every visit, with parking right outside the door.
Greenville runs from the shops and restaurants along Main Street and Falls Park on the Reedy out to the neighborhoods of North Main, Overbrook and Augusta Road. Wherever you start, our office on East Butler Road in Mauldin is an easy trip south on I-385, and our team regularly cares for patients from across Greenville County.
Many Greenville patients come to us for neck pain and headaches that trace back to desk work and screens, or for aches that build up from running and riding on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Every plan starts with a thorough exam so we treat the cause of the problem, not just the spot that hurts.
Care is natural and drug-free, from hands-on chiropractic adjustments to the gentle ProAdjuster and the Upper Cervical Specific Knee-Chest technique. Call the office or book online to schedule your first visit.
Patients come to us from across Greenville, including Downtown, North Main, the West End, Overbrook, Gower Estates, Augusta Road, Verdae.
Greenville has no shortage of places to get adjusted, so patients who make the trip down I-385 usually come for something specific. Dr. Matt Eiken graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 1997, earned his Kale Upper Cervical Network certification that same year, and later worked directly under Dr. Michael U. Kale in Spartanburg, learning the Upper Cervical Specific Knee-Chest technique from its founder.
Care starts with a real evaluation, including spinal x-rays when they are needed, and Dr. Matt walks you through what he finds before recommending anything. Adjustments can be done by hand or with the instrument-based ProAdjuster, a gentle option for people who would rather skip the twisting. And when you arrive, you park a few steps from our front door instead of circling a downtown garage.
The staff is very welcoming and efficient. I am doing so much better with the treatment. Th pain has basically gone away and I feel like I can live normally again. I am able to go about my day pain free. Thank you all for the amazing work you do!

I came to Mauldin Clinic of Chiropractic after getting rear-ended in a car accident. I was struggling with the process at first, but the team made everything so much easier, especially when it came to coordinating with my attorney. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Matt is also great. He takes his time to explain everything, is very educated in what he does, and makes sure you understand what’s going on with your treatment. Everyone has been professional, welcoming, and easy to work with from start to finish. I really appreciate how they’ve helped me through this process, and I would definitely recommend Mauldin Clinic of Chiropractic to anyone dealing with a car accident injury!

Barely able to walk without crutch or cane, and in constant 8/10 pain, I turned to the professionals at Mauldin Chiropractic. From the first exam I thought I was in good hands, but no, I was in excellent hands, and only two months later, Dr. Eiken has reduced the pain to a 2/10, and walking without aid. Highly recommend this team to everyone that asks me and tell them if it wasn’t for Mauldin Chiropractic I wouldn’t be walking and still in a world of pain.

Dr Eiken is precise, methodical, and he and his staff are efficient and professional. As someone who’s been to multiple chiropractors with limited success, Dr Eiken found the root of my issues and fixed it on the very first visit. I highly recommend. Bravo…

As a professor of anatomy for 36 years now, I have a reasonably sound understanding of the body. Dr. Matt absolutely knows the connections between skeletal misalignment, nerve compression, and pain. He is the best Chiropractor I have found - thorough, knowledgeable, and concerned for his patients. The office setting is pleasant and calming, and with a wonderful and welcoming staff. Highly recommended.

When I first started I was in a lot of pain and had a a hard time walking. I now have minimal pain and can walk pretty good. I am not a 100% nor will I ever be, but thanks to the help of Dr. Matt I am able to get around without the pain and assistance I was using. I am now going once a month to keep everything in check. That is incredible knowing how bad I was. Thank you so much to Dr. Matt, and his amazing team. You guys are amazing.

I've had right shoulder issues for the past year and 1/2 and it was really beginning to affect my activities such as tennis and the gym and even working around the yard. A friend told me about shockwave therapy so I found a local place that performed it and that's how I came across The Mauldin Clinic of Chiropractic. And I am so glad I did! I've gone from being able to play tennis maybe twice a week in pain to playing 4, 5 or 6 days a week. Also, before the treatment, pullups were a thing of the past in the gym. Now I'm back to being able to do pullups with little to no pain. The whole staff is super nice and Olga, who did my therapy, is awesome! I think I owe all of my progress on the court and in the gym to her. I still have achy days and will probably end up getting my shoulder "fixed" in the future but for now, I am very happy with how things turned out!
