About 11 minutes (5.4 miles) from downtown Simpsonville
From downtown Simpsonville it is about 11 minutes up I-385 and US-276 to our Mauldin office. Dr. Matt Eiken and our team care for whole families, from growing kids and expecting moms to parents juggling it all.
Simpsonville and Mauldin share the I-385 corridor, and the drive from Main Street or Heritage Park to our office on East Butler Road is one of the shortest our patients make. Families from Holly Tree Plantation, the Fairview Road area and the neighborhoods around West Georgia Road come in for everything from a sore back to a child’s first check-up.
Parents tell us their own aches come last, so we keep visits efficient and plans clear. Common reasons Simpsonville patients book include back pain, sciatica and the bumps and sprains that come with youth sports, along with pediatric and prenatal care.
Every plan is built around a thorough exam and a plain-language explanation of what we found. Call the office or book online to schedule your family’s first visit.
Patients come to us from across Simpsonville, including Downtown Simpsonville, Holly Tree Plantation, the Fairview Road corridor, West Georgia Road, Harrison Bridge Road, the Hillcrest area.
Why Simpsonville patients choose The Mauldin Clinic
Simpsonville is our next-door neighbor on the Golden Strip, and the short drive makes regular care realistic for busy households. Follow-up visits typically take 5 to 10 minutes, so a quick stop fits between school pickup and dinner, and you can bring the kids along to theirs. We work with kids every day, and our team is trained to care for women through pregnancy with prenatal chiropractic.
Every new patient starts with a consultation and full exam, with x-rays only when they are needed, so you know exactly what is going on before care begins. Parents who carry car seats, coach on weekends or sit at a desk all day often find that the aches they wrote off as normal have a clear, fixable cause.
The staff is very welcoming and efficient. I am doing so much better with the treatment. Th pain has basically gone away and I feel like I can live normally again. I am able to go about my day pain free. Thank you all for the amazing work you do!

I came to Mauldin Clinic of Chiropractic after getting rear-ended in a car accident. I was struggling with the process at first, but the team made everything so much easier, especially when it came to coordinating with my attorney. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Matt is also great. He takes his time to explain everything, is very educated in what he does, and makes sure you understand what’s going on with your treatment. Everyone has been professional, welcoming, and easy to work with from start to finish. I really appreciate how they’ve helped me through this process, and I would definitely recommend Mauldin Clinic of Chiropractic to anyone dealing with a car accident injury!

Barely able to walk without crutch or cane, and in constant 8/10 pain, I turned to the professionals at Mauldin Chiropractic. From the first exam I thought I was in good hands, but no, I was in excellent hands, and only two months later, Dr. Eiken has reduced the pain to a 2/10, and walking without aid. Highly recommend this team to everyone that asks me and tell them if it wasn’t for Mauldin Chiropractic I wouldn’t be walking and still in a world of pain.

Dr Eiken is precise, methodical, and he and his staff are efficient and professional. As someone who’s been to multiple chiropractors with limited success, Dr Eiken found the root of my issues and fixed it on the very first visit. I highly recommend. Bravo…

As a professor of anatomy for 36 years now, I have a reasonably sound understanding of the body. Dr. Matt absolutely knows the connections between skeletal misalignment, nerve compression, and pain. He is the best Chiropractor I have found - thorough, knowledgeable, and concerned for his patients. The office setting is pleasant and calming, and with a wonderful and welcoming staff. Highly recommended.

When I first started I was in a lot of pain and had a a hard time walking. I now have minimal pain and can walk pretty good. I am not a 100% nor will I ever be, but thanks to the help of Dr. Matt I am able to get around without the pain and assistance I was using. I am now going once a month to keep everything in check. That is incredible knowing how bad I was. Thank you so much to Dr. Matt, and his amazing team. You guys are amazing.

I've had right shoulder issues for the past year and 1/2 and it was really beginning to affect my activities such as tennis and the gym and even working around the yard. A friend told me about shockwave therapy so I found a local place that performed it and that's how I came across The Mauldin Clinic of Chiropractic. And I am so glad I did! I've gone from being able to play tennis maybe twice a week in pain to playing 4, 5 or 6 days a week. Also, before the treatment, pullups were a thing of the past in the gym. Now I'm back to being able to do pullups with little to no pain. The whole staff is super nice and Olga, who did my therapy, is awesome! I think I owe all of my progress on the court and in the gym to her. I still have achy days and will probably end up getting my shoulder "fixed" in the future but for now, I am very happy with how things turned out!
